When emotions and tempers start to rise, you can see who has the skills to quickly restore calm. And it is painful to everyone when there is no one on the scene with that ability. It may be too much to ask in our chaotic society that no upsets occur, but it is within our power to gain the capacity to rapidly defuse them when situations occur. It all starts with you being able to be there comfortably with anyone, especially those you care about or have to work with, and being able to be yourself and make a connection.  That’s what our workshops train you to be and do.
