He personally moderates the workshops, delivers lectures, provides hands-on coaching with each student as well as supervises each individual participant in mastering these simple yet powerful communication drills to attain 10 basic and vital communication skills.
His wife Pam is a couples coach and marriage counselor who also assists him in the communication skills workshops.

How We Met:
Jacob was delivering Communication Skills Workshops in Amsterdam, The Netherlands and Pam was delivering the same in Tampa, Florida.
Only three years ago, we met in the “middle” at the Clearwater Public Library in a Facebook Marketing Seminar in order to learn how to promote our workshops on FB.
We had a coffee afterwards and have been inseparable since. Here’s a photo of our wedding.
