Doing the Communication Workshop I realized I’d really never been in communication, was never very interested in communicating and rarely cared if my communication was received. I would be demanding and be ignored because I lacked intention. I gained a heightened awareness of being in present time (now), something I had tried to achieve – and failed – via other means.
