What I liked most about this Workshop were the confront and acknowledgement drills. This will help me communicate even better with my customers. A simple acknowledgement can change a whole conversation. I learned many of my errors at work when it came to my customers. I’m hoping with simple confront, intention and attention, I could increase my sales. I look forward to work tomorrow and applying these skills.
